We have had a great picnic in the evening of May 14th at Cristal lake park, Urbana. The kids played the Frisbee, football and badminton. We chatted with each other, grilled meat, and drank beers. We all enjoyed a wonderful time.
My teacher, Gary, is fivety-seven years old who teaches us on Friday morning every week. He is a kind, enthusiastic, humorous American guy. He has ever been to Mainland China to teach English for several years and came back United States to have a MTD bus driver's job until now.
My classmates come from a variety of countries in the worldwild, including Chile, South Korea, Mexico, JApan, Iran, Russia, China, Taiwan, etc. We usually sang songs, listened a funny story, learned America cultures, shared personal experiences, talked with each other in our happy class. Gary sometimes organized a special party for specific American festival. We brought snack and food to share other people. We really liked to go to our class. Even though our class was over, I still miss my classmates and Gary.
