Thank you for your interest in our apartments here at Michigan East. Rent for our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is $695.00 a month. This 3rd floor unit is furnished with couch, arm chair, coffee table,2 end tables with lamps. 1 kitchen table with 4 chairs. Each bedroom has a double bed, dresser and desk and chair. You are responsible for all utilities in the apartment. We do provide trash dumpsters. To park in our parking lots is an additional $10.00 a month per vehicle. I am a visiting scholar of UIUC and I will leave for UIUC from Taiwan on coming 10th August. I am interesting in the apartment 508-510 EAST michigan with the type of 3-bed room for my family (5 members: my wife, me and 3 children). I have some questions as follows:1. I would like to rent a unit with 3-bed room from August 10, 2009 to 31 July, 2010 for one year lease. Has a unit available for me and may I move in on August 10?2. Does need a parking fee?3. I am glad to receive your mail and thank you for providing detail information about this my interested apartment. I would like to stay in this apartment during my visit in UIUC. Therefore, I ask my friend who is UIUC's student to see around this apartment but now he is out of Illinois till June 30th. By the way, If I decide to rent a unit of this apartment how can I pay the deposit? Does it can pay by credit card?
